From the very beginning the coffee machine was faulty - there was no contact in the electronics. This error was corrected by the manufacturer. In other words, this is a new coffee machine and if we had not written this here, perhaps you would never have known about it! :) The coffee machine is in its original packaging, but in a box without any markings - see photo!
